New York: Max Jezek's Persimmon seeds sprouted.....but not sure this is a persimmon sprout

Max Zezek & Emmy Eves with newly planted pots on May 12th at "Eat Clay or Die" exhibition curated by Susannah Tisue and Michele Quan in May at Greenwich House Pottery.
"Hey Hiroshi, We are pretty sure this is the Persimmon. It looks like a persimmon, doesn't it? Dont worry, he is planted in a pot with our avocado plant, and we keep them mostly inside."
---Max

I am not sure if it is......the leaves look different, but congrats, anyhow....it is a beautiful sprout of something!!
